• The Cuthrell Law Firm uses LawPay, via a secure webpage, to accept online payments for legal services.
• The Cuthrell Law Firm accepts credit card payments for legal services in accordance with the fee agreements between The Cuthrell Law Firm and its clients.
• The Cuthrell Law Firm accepts payments for consultation fees from prospective clients who have made arrangements with The Cuthrell Law Firm to schedule a consultation.  
• The Cuthrell Law Firm may refund a prospective client’s payment if the prospective client did not contact The Cuthrell Law Firm to schedule a consultation before the prospective client made an online payment.
• An attorney-client relationship is only created upon 1) executing an Attorney Retainer & Payment Agreement that is signed by both a representative at The Cuthrell Law Firm and the client; and 2) upon The Cuthrell Law Firm receiving payment of the legal fee as specified in the Attorney Retainer & Payment Agreement between The Cuthrell Law Firm and the client.
• The payment processing time may vary from 1 to 3 days before appearing on your bank account,  depending upon your bank’s processing time.  
• The Cuthrell Law Firm requires that you are the lawful and authorized owner/user of the credit card to make an online payment to The Cuthrell Law Firm.
